Chapter 8: Photographs and the Internet

This is a slightly uncomfortable area for us to talk about, but we would really appreciate your understanding. We have some friends who are particularly privacy conscious (eg. teachers). If you took any photographs during the day and want to put them on social media or online, can you check with us first (even if, say, your facebook account is quite locked down)? Can you also check with us before tagging people? Most likely this will be absolutely no problem, but it is the sort of thing that is hard to unpick.

Sending us photographs

Lots of people have taken beautiful photographs of our wedding (including, of course, our two photographers!). We would love to see them, and - if you don't mind - put some on here.

Please send any photos to photos@ambrose.thurman.org.uk, and let us know if you mind us possibly putting a few of them on this website (we'd love to see them, whether they go online or not).

(Once we've got them we'll also let you know if any of them contain people who have asked for their photos not to be put online. If you are one of these people but haven't told us, please do)
